This limited edition, archival signed giclee print of an original acrylic painting, titled "Anjali", features a critically endangered Sunda pangolin. This species of pangolin is native to Indonesia.
Pangolins are the most highly illegally trafficked mammal in the world. Their keratin "scales" are wrongly believed to have medicinal properties and their meat is considered a delicacy. Habitat loss and poaching are also major threats to their survival.
